About the owner:
Mr. Richards is a Property Developer and Consultant who have been advising many locals and visitors to the island on property development issues. He grew up and lives on the island of Anguilla and had his formal tertiary training in the Caribbean and the United Kingdom

Being a Consultant in the property market, Mr. Richards and his family decided to also invest in the property market. This area enjoy many scenic views of the Caribbean Sea and neighboring islands and captures the crystal reflection of the sun rays in the morning. The area is quiet but not far away from many attraction such as the Beautiful and uncrowded Sandy Hill Beach which is ideal for swimming and snorkeling or if you just desire to go fishing.
